Initial Contact
Once you contact, we will arrange for an initial phone consultation to discuss your needs, the possibility of working together and other practical details.
Following this first phone conversation, an initial session will be scheduled as an opportunity to find out a bit more about each other and to help you to decide if you would like us to work together. If you decide that I am the right therapist for you, we will agree on a time to meet regularly.
Prices and Payment
My professional fees are £80 / €90 per session. I have a limited number of concessions for clients on lower income.
Payments can be made by bank transfer or cheque.

Terms and Conditions
The goal of therapy is to establish a safe and trusting environment. It is, therefore, important that during our initial meeting we take time to discuss and agree on the terms and conditions of our alliance.
Ethics: I am an accredited member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and work within the BACP’s Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Confidentiality: Everything discussed and disclosed during our sessions will remain strictly confidential. However, on the following exceptional circumstances (if you were at risk to harm yourself or others), I may be required by law to share your data or information.
Session frequency and length: Sessions last for 50 minutes. We will meet regularly at an agreed time and day.
Agreement length and termination: The length of therapy can be open-ended, long-term, or short-term depending on your needs and wishes. It is important for you to know that it is always your decision whether you wish to continue therapy.
Fees and cancellations: Fees will be discussed during our first contact. Payments can be made by bank transfer following the session. Should you be unable to attend a session, you will need to notify me as soon as possible. A minimum of 48 hours is required to avoid payment of the full fee.
Personal data protection: In accordance with the current UK and European Data Protection Regulations, all personal information will be stored safely during 7 years after the end of therapy.
